ASC's Pro-Test rapid HIV testing program provides a proactive approach to HIV testing.

We can now provide preliminary HIV test results in as little as 20 minutes! Testing is done with a simple fingerstick blood sample much like that of a diabetic glucose test. Since 1 in 4 people who are infected with HIV don't know they're infected, we feel that this program is a critical tool in HIV prevention. Statistics show that many people who get conventional HIV testing never return for their results, so the Pro-Test program is also more efficient than conventional testing by providing results in 1 visit.

The ASC provides rapid HIV testing as a free service to the community. The Pro-Test program is available in a variety of locations through our outreach events, but we also provide this testing in-office by appointment.
